Study of J/ψ Production in Jets

The production of $J/\psi$ mesons in jets is studied in the forward region of proton-proton collisions using data collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The fraction of the jet transverse momentum carried by the $J/\psi$ meson, $z \equiv p_{\rm T}(J/\psi)/p_{\rm T}({\rm jet})$, is measured using jets with $p_{\rm T}({\rm jet}) > 20$ GeV in the pseudorapidity range $2.5 < \eta({\rm jet}) < 4.0$. The observed $z$ distribution for $J/\psi$ mesons produced in $b$-hadron decays is consistent with expectations. El modelo cognitivo de Beck, al que podemos considerar como un modelo racionalista y modernista, ejemplificará estos sujetos. En primer lugar, debemos situar a la terapia cognitiva en un contexto histórico y relacionarla con un sujeto caracterizado por poseer racionalidad y la habilidad para observar y detectar cogniciones, emociones y conductas. Petagnaea gussonei (Apiaceae) is a perennial herbaceous species endemic to northeast Sicily (Nebrodi Mountains). It is considered a remnant of the Sicilian Tertiary flora, and is endangered according to the Red List. There is no information in the literature about the germinability of its seeds, even though seed production is know to occur. The aim of this study was to obtain data to better understand seed germination of this species and its biological implications. Thus, several approaches were employed: vitality analyses, gibberellic acid supply, germination and soil microbial flora analyses via end-point and qPCR. Helicobacter pylori ir viens no pirmajiem identificētajiem bakteriālajiem karcinogēniem un Eiropas medicīnas pārstāvju izstrādātās vadlīnijas iekļauj eradikācijas shēmu, kurā ietilpst kombinēta plaša spektra antibiotiku pielietošana. Antibakteriālā terapija, it īpaši plaša spektra antibiotiku pielietošana rada risku īstermiņa un ilgtermiņa zarnu trakta mikrobioma disbiozes attīstībai. Maģistra darba mērķis bija noskaidrot Helicobacter pylori kombinētās antibakteriālās terapijas izraisītās ilgtermiņa izmaiņas zarnu trakta mikrobiomā. Urheilumenestyksen tarkastelussa painopiste on ollut maittain toteutetussa joukkueiden, seurojen ja yksilöurheilijoiden menestyksen vertailussa. Sen sijaan paikkakuntien urheilumenestystä on tutkimuksissa vertailtu vähemmän. Tutkimuksessa jäljitettiin millaista menestystä varkautelaiset urheilijat saavuttivat 1960-luvulla ja mitkä tekijät vaikuttivat paikalliseen urheilumenestykseen? Varkautelainen urheilumenestys suhteutettiin 11 muuhun vastaavankokoiseen kaupunkiin. Tutkimuksemme sijoittuu historiallis-sosiologisen tapaus- ja rakennetutkimuksen piiriin. Tällöin tunnistamme paikallisia toimijaverkostoja sekä yhteiseen tekemiseen sitovia taloudellisia, poliittisia ja kulttuurisia tekijöitä.…
