AIM: Diabetes mellitus, a systemic chronic disease considered an epidemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) due to the rate of increase in the prevalence of diabetes, is a cause of microvascular and macrovascular complications leading to a significant burden for the individual and society. The aim of this study was to evaluate in vivo the effects of type II diabetes mellitus on the microcirculation of oral mucosa. Background. Diabetes has negative, and exercise training positive, effects on the skeletal muscle vasculature, but the mechanisms are not yet fully understood. In the present experiment the effects of running exercise on the mRNA expression of pro- and antiangiogenic factors were studied in healthy and diabetic skeletal muscle. The responses in capillaries and muscle fibers, collected from the muscle with laser capture microdissection, were also studied separately. Methods. Föreliggande studie har ett sociokulturellt och dialogiskt perspektiv på språkinlärning. Det huvudsakliga syftet med studien är att bättre förstå den komplexa interaktionen mellan inlärare och lärare i språkklassen. Ett annat syfte utgörs av en önskan att utveckla kurserna i franska vid yrkeshögskolan Arcada. Inlärarna utgjordes av vuxna yrkeshögskolestuderande och språket som studerades var fritt valbart. I studien kartlades 108 studenters åsikter om olika ramfaktorers inverkan på lärmiljön och lärprocessen. Mijająca 200. rocznica tegoż wydarzenia jest dobrą okazją, aby prześledzić, w jaki sposób dążenia do zerwania zależności kościelnej od związku metropolitalnego z Gnieznem były wypadkową dziejów politycznych śląskiej dzielnicy.
