Adolescence is a transitional period with many developmental tasks. The adolescents need to resolve the specific question of career choice and establishing authentic friendships. Transition to adulthood is often challenging to the adolescents with special education needs. Research has shown that music can serve as a medium for adolescents’ emotional self-regulation, peer-group affiliation and identity formation. Presentamos dos casos clínicos de lesiones radiotransparentes mandibulares en mujeres jóvenes, que simularon patología infecciosa crónica periapical. En ambos el hallazgo fue casual puesto que no produjeron ningún tipo de sintomatología. En un caso se llegó al diagnóstico (tras la cirugía periapical y el estudio anatomo-patológico) después de realizar la endodoncia del diente implicado y comprobar la no resolución del área periapical. En el otro caso, cuya lesión abarcaba el periápice de los 4 incisivos inferiores, se realizó directamente la cirugía tras comprobar la vitalidad pulpar positiva de estos dientes. I fibromi uterini rappresentano il più comune tumore benigno del tratto genitale femminile in età riproduttiva. Sebbene siano spesso del tutto asintomatici, in circa la metà dei casi possono essere responsabili di sintomi debilitanti quali menometrorragia, dismenorrea, anemia, dolore, pressione pelvica, disturbi urinari, costipazione, dispareunia ed infertilità. AbstractOur starting point in this article is that the question of the essence of psychotherapy has to some extent been neglected. Its medical context has strengthened the tendency to interpret psychotherapy in general from a technical and overtly rationalistic standpoint. Instead, we would underline the importance of the philosophical and historical roots of all psychotherapies. In our view, it is imperative to acknowledge the antirationalistic underpinnings that have always informed the discipline. National audience; La loi Sapin du 5 mars 2014, relative à la formation professionnelle, à l'emploi et à la démocratie sociale n'a pas résolu les problèmes de fond posés par la formation continue des salariés. Elle instaure, à compter de 2015, une taxe sur les salaires visant à financer le "dialogue social", c'est-à-dire les organisations syndicales et patronales. Les quelques données publiées après la première année d'application montrent comment le produit de cette taxe, auquel s'ajoute une subvention de l'Etat, constitue la principale ressource des partenaires sociaux et que l'équilibre interne des organisations syndicales a été modifié au profit des directions centrales.
