Restoring the body: changes in body self in the course of a focusing and arts-based therapy program for female interpersonal trauma survivors

BackgroundThe goal of this study was to assess the effectiveness of a therapeutic program for female survivors of interpersonal trauma, among others, of domestic violence. The participating women took part in four two-day modules in a group setting during which they were offered focusing training and arts-based Gestalt therapy. A chiral capillary monolithic column for enantiomer separation in capillary electrochromatography was prepared by coating cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) on porous glycidyl methacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate monolith in capillary format grafted with chains of [2(methacryloyloxy)ethyl] trimethylammonium chloride. Abstract University of Pavia is equipped with a TRIGA Mark II research nuclear reactor, operating at a maximum steady state power of 250 kW. It has been used for many years to support Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) research. An irradiation facility was constructed inside the thermal column of the reactor to produce a sufficient thermal neutron flux with low epithermal and fast neutron components, and low gamma dose. In this irradiation position, the liver of two patients affected by hepatic metastases from colon carcinoma were irradiated after borated drug administration. Hyväksymis- ja omistautumisterapiaa on käytetty laajasti erilaisten psyykkisten ongelmien hoidossa, niin aikuisilla kuin lapsilla. Viimeaikaisista tutkimuksista HOT:n periaatteiden soveltamisesta nukkumisongelmien ja unettomuuden hoitoon on saatu lupaavia tuloksia. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää ryhmämuotoisen Hyväksymis- ja omistautumisterapian vaikutuksia unettomuuden hoidossa. Tutkimukseen osallistuneista 32 henkilöä kuului koeryhmään ja 33 tutkittavaa kontrolliryhmään.
