Artikkeli keskittyy lasten kokemuksiin ja osallisuuteen vuoroasumiseen liittyvässä päätöksenteossa. Laadullinen pitkittäisaineisto koostuu vuoroasuvien lasten ja samoille henkilöille nuorina aikuisina tehdyistä haastatteluista. Teoreettisena lähtökohtana on John Agnew’n (2002) ajattelu ihmisen päätöksentekoon samanaikaisesti vaikuttavista yksilöllisistä ja yhteisöllisistä motiiveista. Vuoroasuminen näyttäytyi moninaisena ja muuttuvana järjestelynä. Artikkelissa tarkastellaan lasten ja tutkijoiden välisiä sukupolvisuhteita tutkimustoiminnassa. Tutkimusmenetelmänä ja tutkijoihin kohdistuvana pedagogisena menetelmänä käytetään kollaboratiivista autoetnografiaa. Artikkelissa hyödynnetään Pierre Bourdieun episteemisen refleksiivisyyden ajatusta eli tutkijan ja tutkittavien suhteiden ja asemien kriittistä arviointia. Strain differences in the ratio of synaptic body types in photoreceptors of the rat retina.

In the retinal outer plexiform layer of seven different rat strains, synaptic bodies (SB) were counted and, according to their morphology, characterized as synaptic ribbons (SR), synaptic spheres (SS) or intermediate structures. It was found that absolute SB numbers showed relatively small variations while SR/SS ratios differed considerably between the strains investigated. These results are discussed with respect to retinal pigmentation and to formation and degradation, respectively, of synaptic ribbons.

Accelerometer-based osteogenic indices, moderate-to-vigorous and vigorous physical activity, and bone traits in adolescents

Objectives: We investigated the associations of accelerometry-derived osteogenic indices (OIs), moderate-to-vigorous (MVPA), and vigorous intensity physical activity (VPA) with peripheral quantitative computed tomography (pCQT) parameters in 99 adolescents aged 10–13 years. Methods: Bone parameters were assessed at the distal (4%) and shaft (66%) of the tibia using pQCT. Accelerometers were worn on the right hip for 7 consecutive days. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvittää, vaikuttaako Nallematikka-interventio varhaisten matemaattisten taitojen kehittymiseen päiväkotiympäristössä. Le monastère Saint-Pierre d’Osor (île de Cres) : neuvième campagne d’études archéologiques

During the 2014 campaign exhaustive excavations of the early medieval mausoleum and monastic tombs situated between the mausoleum and the bell tower south of the abbey church of St Peter in Osor were completed. The results of the excavation of the interior of the reduced church revealed several floor levels that are contemporary to the Romanesque basilica, as well as the foundations of the Romanesque chancel screen situated in front of the north apse, and the presence of many burials. Some of them can be identified as privileged tombs, due to their position and their contents.
