A Paradigm Interpreting the City and the Analytic Network Process for the Management of Urban Transformations
2018
When urban and environmental transformations occur in areas where the equilibrium between nature and culture is complex and fragile, public ad-ministrations could decide to induce private investments using several tools, such as financial contributions to those projects of refurbishment that better re-spect the purpose of improving the environmental quality and of preserving the local architecture. Multicriteria models may support public decision process re-garding this issue, but it is essential to adopt a scientific paradigm that provides a major theoretical reference. This study proposes the development of a net-work model based on the scientific paradigm by Rizzo and the Analytic Net-wo…

À bas les chefs ! : écrits libertaires (1847-1863)
2016
Post-anarchismo in discussione
2015
In this article, the author means to connect the anarchist thought to post-structuralism, deconstructionism, critical theory, french theory, and so on. These strategies of thinking are labelled post-anarchism or neo-anarchism, all tending towards a libertarian affirmation of anti-authoritarian, not-hierarchical and differential equalitarian practices of anarchism.

RECENSIONE DI MASSIMO LA TORRE, NOSTRA LEGGE È LA LIBERTÀ. ANARCHISMO DEI MODERNI, DERIVE APPRODI, ROMA 2017
2018
Ideas and lives across the Atlantic. The American Anarchism in the Galician libertarian press
2019
In this article we will analyse, from a transnational history point of view, the presence of American anarchism in the Galician libertarian press until 1936. In the 19th and 20h centuries, the transatlantic migrations contributed to develop a dense network of contacts and relationships between Galicia and American countries. This network involves anarchist militants on both sides of the Ocean. The Galician anarchists have a close collaboration with her Americans libertarian comrades; and many Galician militants are actively committed in the labour movement of their host countries. The Galician libertarian press shows this relationship and this participation in different ways (articles, cont…
Three-dimensional architecture of the whole human soleus muscle
2018
Background Most data on the architecture of the human soleus muscle have been obtained from cadaveric dissection or two-dimensional ultrasound imaging. We present the first comprehensive, quantitative study on the three-dimensional anatomy of the human soleus muscle in vivo using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) techniques. Methods We report three-dimensional fascicle lengths, pennation angles, fascicle curvatures, physiological cross-sectional areas and volumes in four compartments of the soleus at ankle joint angles of 69 ± 12° (plantarflexion, short muscle length; average ± SD across subjects) and 108 ± 7° (dorsiflexion, long muscle length) of six healthy young adults. Microdissection and …
