Tansy (Tanacetum vulgare L.) grows in moderate area of the northern hemisphere, in Poland – its range covers the whole country. It appears on the farm wastelands, by roadsides, on enbankments, river banks, forest lips and in open spaces. The present paper has faced the challenge of defining the influence of the environmental conditions on the mineral composition of Tanacetum vulgare leaves. Different compounds including toxic heavy metals ions have been used in various industrial branches for ages. Therefore, these compounds are nowadays often identified in the natural environment. Plants usually function like indirect transporters through which heavy metals, in the form of ions, infiltrate from the environment into the human and animals’ food chains. Analysis of Equilibrium at the Euro Area Level from a New Model Perspective

This paper aims to address issues related to equilibrium at the Euro Area. Research methodology implies a wide range of methods and techniques that are used to analyze macroeconomic phenomena and processes at the Euro Area. Following the empirical analyses, namely exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling procedure, we propose a model of equilibrium in the Euro zone, an area characterized by the existence of market with turbulence and search frictions. Using this econometric modeling technique, we test and estimate causal relationships that combines a series of empirical data and quantitative causal hypotheses.

Understanding of the role of turbulence in controlling transport processes is of paramount importance for the preservation and protection of aquatic ecosystems, the minimisation of deleterious consequences of anthropogenic activity, and the successful sustainable development of river and maritime areas. In this context, the present Special Issue collects 15 papers which provide a representation of the present understanding of turbulent processes and their effects in river and maritime environments. The presented collection of papers is not exhaustive but it allows for highlighting key priority areas and knowledge gaps in this field of research.

In the appraisal of the market value of the properties are applied two important surface indexes: the market surface ratio of the secondary surfaces and the ratio of the site value to total value (allocation method). L’Allocation Method nella stima delle aree edificabili

The allocation method does value the building areas on the base of the exchange coefficient, but sometimes it is applied in an uncritical way. Following the traditional appraisal is it possible to precise the methodological conditions. The study means to demonstrate that the market value of the building area is obtained multiplying the construction cost by the ratio between the exchange coefficient and its complementary one. The new formulation considers the effective costs and proceeds distribution in the time, with the cash flows analysis, and moreover concurs to express convenience judgments for building area transactions.
The valuation error in the compound values

In appraising the “valore di trasformazione” the valuation error is composed by the error on market value and the error on construction cost. In appraising the “valore complementare” the valuation error is composed by the error on market value of complex real property and on market value of the residual part. The final error is a function of the partial errors and it can be studied using estimative and market ratios. The application of the compounds values to real estate appraisal misleads unacceptable errors if carried out with the expertise.
