This paper focuses on ‘violence on unarmed people’ as the unifying theme that underlies the structure of the tragedy with an anthropopoietic function, what means to build up, by contrast, models of human and humanity.. All the three forms of violence against unarmed people, which can be singled out in the tragedy, are analyzed. In 2002, excavations carried out by Marie-Cécile Truc (Inrap) at Saint-Dizier led to the discovery of four graves of exceptional wealth, containing a young woman, two men and a horse, dated to c. 525-550 AD. Dressed and adorned with numerous jewels, the young female was laid in a coffin upon which were placed vessels in glass, copper alloy goblet and ceramic. Each male had been buried in an excavated funerary chamber, built within an oak frame. They were laid in their coffins along with their personal clothing, including a ceremonial sword with two rings added to the pommel. L'épée d'Onnen (Groningue, Pays-Bas), de la tourbière aux rayons X

The Onnen sword was found in 1896 while exploiting a peat bog, about 1.5 m deep. It is a so-called “antennae” sword, named after the spirals at the top of the pommel and it dates back to last phase of the Bronze Age (ca. 9th century BC). The Groninger Museum now curates the sword with inventory number 1896/I 4. Although this sword is already mentioned in the archaeological literature, it was never correctly published. Its recent study in the cultural heritage agency of The Netherlands gives us a good opportunity to make a detailed presentation as well as to investigate its production techniques to discuss its possible origins.

Currently, over a third of children not in school live in countries considered being as fragile. These countries, which are mainly located in sub-Saharan Africa, will not reach the objectives of Education For All for 2015. This thesis covers approaches across comparative education, political science and sociology of organizations. It explores empirically the condi¬tions of achievement of EFA within the contexts of fragility. L'étude de la forme et de l'ornementation de l'armement offensif et défensif de l'âge du Bronze indique une standardisation des productions suivant des traditions qui varient selon la région et la période considérées. L'homogénéité de ces objets au sein d'un espace donné montre l'adhésion des utilisateurs de ces objets à une communauté partageant une même norme et identifiable par la possession d'objets à l'identité visuelle commune, qui n'est d'ailleurs pas limitée au cadre de l'armement. Działania łódzkiego Urzędu Bezpieczeństwa wobec Piotra Kosobudzkiego, żołnierza Narodowych Sił Zbrojnych i Pogotowia Akcji Specjalnej

W artykule ukazano postępowanie prawne wobec Piotra Kosobudzkiego, jednego z Żołnierzy Wyklętych, zasłużonego dowódcy partyzanckiego, członka Narodowych Sił Zbrojnych i Pogotowia Akcji Specjalnej. Kosobudzki po wkroczeniu Rosjan do Polski w 1944 r. został aresztowany, po czym skuty kajdankami wyskoczył z jadącego pociągu i prawie trzy lata ukrywał się, po czym został ponownie zatrzymany przez UB. Nielegalnie więziony, został w końcu zwolniony z więzienia, ponieważ rodzina jego żony wpłaciła UB łapówkę w wysokości 50 tys. złotych. W tekście przedstawiono zawartość niektórych dokumentów archiwalnych dotyczących tej sprawy i podjęto próbę oceny jej pod kątem prawnym.
