Miten henkilökohtaiset työtavoitteet ovat yhteydessä työn intohimoon

Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastelimme toimihenkilöiden henkilökohtaisia työtavoitteita sekä niiden yhteyttä harmoniseen ja pakonomaiseen työn intohimoon. Tutkimme suomalaisia toimihenkilöitä (n = 266, keski-ikä 39, kh = 3,3, vaihteluväli 31 – 44), jotka osallistuivat poikkileikkaustutkimukseen vuonna 2014. Tutkittavista 80,5 % oli miehiä ja esimiesasemassa työskenteli 70,7 %. Henkilökohtaisia työtavoitteita kartoitettiin avoimella kysymyksellä, ja työn intohimoa 12-osioisella kyselyllä. Henkilökohtaiset työtavoitteet luokiteltiin seitsemään luokkaan: pätevyys (24,4 %), hyvinvointi (20,9 %), organisaatio (15,8 %), työn vaihto (13,3, %), raha (10,0 %), urakehitys (9,6 %) ja työn varmuus (6,0 %). …

The influence of the quantum nature of nuclei in high harmonic generation from H$_2^+$-like molecular ions

We study the full quantum dynamics of a simple molecular ion driven by an intense laser field. In particular we show that the quantum nature of the nuclear dynamics affects the emitted high harmonic generation (HHG) spectra, strongly reshaping the plateau region. In fact, it is evident that the characteristic flat trend is transformed into a descending trend, with the lower harmonics being two orders of magnitude more intense than the higher harmonics. We show that this effect is more pronounced in the lighter isotopic species of H$_2^+$ molecular ions and we also demonstrate that in this case the contribution to HHG from the antibonding electronic energetic surface is of the same order of …

Mindfulness-, hyväksyntä- ja arvopohjaisten interventioiden käytöstä on saatu lupaavia tuloksia työhyvinvoinnin parantamisessa, mutta työn imun yhteydessä niitä ei ole juurikaan tutkittu. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli tutkia mindfulness-, hyväksyntä- ja arvopohjaisen (MIHA) -intervention vaikuttavuutta työn imuun ja erikseen sen kolmeen ulottuvuuteen, tarmokkuuteen, omistautumiseen ja uppoutumiseen, sekä psykologiseen joustavuuteen. Lisäksi selvitettiin, välittääkö psykologisen joustavuuden muutos mahdollisia intervention aikaisia muutoksia tarmokkuudessa, omistautumisessa tai uppoutumisessa. The self-assembly of the oppositely charged water-soluble porphyrins, cobalt tetramethylpyridinium porphyrin (CoTMPyP(4+)) and cobalt tetrasulphonatophenyl porphyrin (CoTPPS(4-)), at the interface with an organic solvent to form molecular "rafts", provides an excellent catalyst to perform the interfacial four-electron reduction of oxygen by lipophilic electron donors such as tetrathiafulvalene (TTF). The accuracy of harmonic measurement firstly depends on the used instrument transformers for voltage and current sensing. Current transformers effects on the measurement of harmonic active power in LV and MV networks

The harmonic active power is used to determine the location of polluting loads, the direction of harmonic power flow and to estimate how consequential a certain current harmonic source is. The highest uncertainties, when measuring harmonic active power, are introduced by the current and voltage transducers. This paper presents experimental results which show the impact of current transformers (CTs) on the accuracy of the harmonic power measurements. An expression for the evaluation of the power error in distorted conditions was developed which can be easily utilized in the case of linear current transducers. Challenging equal temperament : perceived differences between twelve-tone equal temperament and twelve fifth-tones tuning

A listening experiment was arranged to evaluate perceptual preferences between two musical tuning systems: twelve-tone equal temperament (i.e. the current international standard) and twelve fifth-tones tuning. The latter being a system that, according to its author Maria Renold, provides a more accurate and aurally genuine reproduction of musical harmonics.
