Vertaisarvioinnin harjoitusohjelma ja vertaisarviointien toteutus Ketosen väitöskirjassa

Tämä materiaali on suomenkielinen kuvaus vertaisarviointi-intervention toteutuksesta Ketosen (2021) väitöskirjassa. Toteutus sisältää vertaisarvioinnin harjoituksia ja varsinaisia vertaisarviointeja. Interventio kesti 1,5 vuotta ja se toteutettiin fysiikan ja kemian oppiaineissa luokka-asteilla 7-8 vuosien 2018-2019 aikana. Harjoitukset ja vertaisarvioinnit on materiaalissa kuvattu siinä järjestyksessä, jossa ne tutkimuksessa toteutettiin. Aims: This study examined the feasibility of the HLS-EU-Q16 (in Finnish) for use among older Finns and whether the health literacy score correlates with indicators of health and functioning. Methods: To determine the feasibility of the instrument, we first conducted a focus group discussion with nine participants. Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tarkastellaan henkilöstökoulutuksen arviointia osallistujan näkökulmasta. Tutkielman tavoitteena on avata henkilöstön kehittämisen ja henkilöstökoulutuksen aihekenttää sekä kartoittaa tekijät, joiden avulla osallistuja arvioi suorittamaansa henkilöstökoulutusta. Tutkimusongelmaa lähestytään kirjallisuuskatsauksen ja laadullisen tapaustutkimuksen keinoin. Tutkimustapauksena toimii eräässä IT-alan yrityksessä toteutettu Akatemia nimellä kulkeva henkilöstökoulutusohjelma, johon osallistuneiden arvioinnissa käyttämiä tekijöitä empiirisellä haastattelututkimuksella kartoitetaan.
