The Kamchatka peninsula, in the north-western part of the Pacific ’Ring of Fire’, is one of the most active volcanic realms on Earth, with 29 historically erupting volcanoes along its 700 km-long Eastern Volcanic Belt (EVB). This notwithstanding, volatile input and output fluxes along this arc sector have remained poorly characterised until very recently. Šā darba mērķis bija apskatīt individuālo uzvedību stepes strupastu apakšģints Sumeriomys sugām motivācijas un dažādu plēsonības risku stimulu ietekmē. Pētījumā izmantota atklātā lauka metode un tās modifikācijas plēsonības riska ietekmes pētīšanai. Aprakstīta dzīvnieku individuālā uzvedība olfaktorā un vizuālā plēsonības riska ietekmē un jauna objekta un izsalkuma ietekmē. Atklātā lauka metode veiksmīgi aprobēta individuālās uzvedības un plēsonības riska ietekmes pētījumu veikšanai. Pētījumā izmantoto sugu uzvedība apskatīta skalā „pārgalvīgs – piesardzīgs” un indivīdi iedalīti trīs uzvedības grupās. Adoption of a COVID-19 Contact Tracing App Among Older Internet Users in Finland

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic created an unequal need for limiting physical contacts and tracing possible exposures to a novel coronavirus. Smartphone-based contact tracing applications (CTAs) were presented as a vehicle for stopping virus transmission chains and supporting the work of contact tracing teams. In this study, older adults’ adoption of a CTA was studied using socioeconomic background factors, satisfaction with health, and the measure of digital activity as predictors.
