There are a limited number of post-award remedies available, the annulment mechanism being the only plausible way to challenge the award. The annulment provision, Article 52, allows challenging the award with regard to the procedural matters only. The most frequently ground for annulment is “manifest excess of powers” as listed in the said provision. However it is not identified what errors of a Tribunal fall within this ground, as well as there is nothing about applicable law and jurisdictional matters in the provision. Īpaša uzmanība pievērsta Astrīdas Lindgrēnes piemiņas balvas (ALMA) specifikai, nominēšanas detaļām, laureātu un kandidātu analīzei, kā arī ALMA balvai grāmatizdošanas kontekstā Latvijā, un tiek pētīta tās popularitāte bibliotekāru vidū.

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Sabiedrisko attiecību projektu vērtēšana. Baltic PR Awards 2016. gada finālistu gadījumu pašnovērtējuma analīze”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā sabiedrisko attiecību kampaņu autori vērtē savas kampaņas, piesakot tās konkursā Baltic PR Awards, kā arī uzzināt galvenos kritērijus, kuri tiek izmantoti sabiedrisko attiecību kampaņu vērtēšanā. Darba teorētiskā bāze sastāv no nodaļas par sabiedriskajām attiecībām, sabiedrisko attiecību instrumentiem, kampaņām un novērtēšanu. Empīriskajā daļā analizēti pētījuma gaitā iegūtie dati.
