Patients undergoing allogeneic stem cell transplantation are at high risk for infection with a variety of pathogens during different phases of the procedure. Bacteria and fungi predominate the first phase until engraftment. During the second phase, from engraftment to about day 100, major infectious problems are caused by fungi and cytomegalovirus. Both pathogens remain important under continued immunosuppression, however, in the late post-transplantation period infections with encapsulated bacteria may become a problem. We applied X-ray computed microtomography (μ-CT) in combination with anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (AMS) analysis to study metamorphic rock fabrics in an oriented drill core sample of pyrite-pyrrhotite-quartz-mica schist. The sample is extracted from the Paleoproterozoic Martimo metasedimentary belt of northern Finland. The μ-CT resolves the spatial distribution, shape and orientation of 25,920 pyrrhotite and 153 pyrite grains localized in mm-thick metapelitic laminae. Together with microstructural analysis, the μ-CT allows us to interpret the prolate symmetry of the AMS ellipsoid and its relationship to the deformation history. Prezentowany program został oparty na idei profilaktyki pozytywnej, stanowiąc pionierską próbę zaadaptowania koncepcji pozytywnego rozwoju przez organizację pozarządową. Prezentowany tekst zawiera opis, przebieg oraz refleksje wynikające z doświadczeń realizatorów działania. Artykuł zakończony jest implikacjami praktycznymi dla realizatorów podobnych przedsięwzięć w środowisku lokalnym.

Artykuł ma na celu zaprezentowanie idei profilaktyki pozytywnej, odwołując się do roli rodziców w kulturze wychowawczo-profilaktycznej szkoły. W części pierwszej zaprezentowano znaczenie rodziny w zwiększaniu skuteczności szkolnych oddziaływań profilaktycznych. W dalszej części zaprezentowano związki między budowaniem współpracy rodzic-nauczyciel a koncepcją profilaktyki pozytywnej. Następnie wskazano potencjał rodziców, możliwy do wykorzystania w ramach działań profilaktycznych w szkole oraz wskazówki dla jego wykorzystania. Artykuł zakończony jest podsumowaniem.

The essay questions the relationship between prassi and techne in today's fully-tech society. The analysis moves from the aristotelian distinction between the various epistemai and continues through the comparison with the heideggerian idea of the root of knowing in the effectivity of existence, and with the gadameric perspective that highlights the similarities and differences between techne and praxis by bringing out at the same time the peculiarities of an irreducible knowledge of the technique.
