Il saggio riapre la discussione sulla natura contabile delle emissioni monetarie, un tempo oggetto di acceso dibattito ed oggi in parte trascurata. Per far ciò conia la categoria concettuale di "passività monetarie" nella quale far confluire tanto le emissioni di moneta legale sotto forma di banconote, propria esclusivamente degli istituti di emissione, quanto le "emissioni" di moneta fiduciaria sotto forma di depositi liberi in conto corrente, questi propri tanto ancora una volta degli istituti di emissione (la moneta "ad alto potenziale") quanto delle banche ordinarie. L'articolo ha per oggetto l'analisi delle norme che disciplinano la presunzione applicabile ai fini dell'accertamento a seguito delle indagini bancarie e si sofferma sui profili soggettivi delle predette norme. In particolare, muovendo dalla evoluzione del pensiero giurisprudenziale sul tema, si è verificata la necessità di adottare una soluzione unitaria in materia di imposte sui redditi e in materia di IVA, ritenendo che la presunzione possa legittimamente operare solo sul quantum debeatur e non anche sull'accertamento dell'an, che deve, invece, essere altrimenti provato. In the present study, the chemical composition of the essential oil from aerial parts of Parentucellia latifolia (L.) Caruel collected in Central Sicily was analyzed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. The results showed the presence of sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, with germacrene D and germacrene B accounting, respectively, for 59.2% and 24.3% of the total oil. Different colonies of bacteria and fungi frequently affect cellulosic objects such as books stored in libraries and museums. After the studying the original material of Orobanche centaurina Bertol. (Orobanchaceae) deposited in BOLO, a forgotten species described from Massa (Central Italy) parasitizing Centaurea paniculata L., and compared it with the type of O. kochii F.W. Schultz and with the types of others taxa actually considered synonyms of this, we concluded that the name of Bertoloni is the correct one for this species. Abstract Tree‐fall gaps are small‐scale disturbances whose formation, colonization, and role in forest dynamics are well documented, but whose effects on animal ecology are still greatly overlooked, except for studies comparing species richness of gaps 6+ months old to that in the closed canopy. Other factors associated with the invasion of fresh tree‐fall gaps such as animal breeding adaptations have been largely neglected. La nuova Lista Rossa della flora Italiana comprende tutte le "policy" specie italiane e altre specie di nota conservazione e comprende 400 taxa di cui il 65% sono minacciate di estinzione. La Lista Rossa si basa su un enorme data-set georeferenziato utile per gli scopi di conservazione. - The New Red List of the Italian Flora includes all the Italian policy species and other species of known conservation concerns for a total of 400 taxa, 65% of which are threatened with extinction. The Red List is based on a huge georeferenced data-set useful for conservation purposes. -
Weathering of low-density polyethylene grafted with itaconic acid in laboratory tests

Polyethylene grafted with itaconic acid was subjected to weathering under laboratory accelerated conditions. The course of the photo-oxidative degradation process of that material was studied by FTIR spectroscopy both through quantitative measurements of changes in absorbance values at selected wave numbers and through measurements of surface area values for absorption bands which were separated by means of deconvolution.
