The prevalence of diabetic polyneuropathy in Spain is 22% increasing with age, standing at less than 5% in patients between 15 and 19 years and reaching 29.8% in those aged 70 to 74 years age. Infection is an important complication in Diabetic Foot, frequently associated with minor amputation and even lower extremity amputation. The study presents a clinical case of a 68-year-old man who consulted for a diabetic foot ulcer in the metatarseal area of the right foot, diagnosed two years ago and without healing success. El Trasplante Hepático Ortotópico (THO) consiste en la extirpación del hígado en su último estadío de enfermedad, y su sustitución por otro procedente de un donante en la misma localización anatómica. Los pacientes intervenidos suelen permanecer un mes de ingreso en el Hospital. In this paper a method for estimating the crack propagation in components subjected to wide band random processes of loading is presented. The analysis has been carried out considering uniaxial stresses and stationary and gaussian processes. The method uses as input one parameter of the power spectral density (PSD) of the stress process, its variance and 2 parameters of the material and eliminate the need of the integration of the equation of Paris in time domain. The method has been developed by carrying out a significant amount of numerical simulations in which about a thousand different PSDs of different shapes and spectral parameters have been considered.
