Crystal structure of 4-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-(morpholin-4-yl)pyridazin-3(2H)-one

2015

In the crystal, pairs of centrosymmetrically related molecules are linked into dimers via N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming (8) ring motifs. The dimers are connected via C—H⋯O and C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional network·Semi-empirical molecular orbital calculations were carried out using the AM1 method.

Crystal structure of (E)-N-(3,4-dimethoxybenzylidene)morpholin-4-amine

2014

In the title compound, C13H18N2O3, the benzene ring makes a dihedral angle of 17.19 (11)° with the least-squares plane formed by the four C atoms of the morpholine ring, which adopts a chair conformation. In the crystal, C—H...N hydrogen bonds link the molecules into supramolecular chains running along a 21screw axis parallel to theb-axis direction. Weak C—H...π interactions are also observed.

Hexanuclear copper(ii) cage with {Cu3O⋯H⋯OCu3} core supported by a dicompartmental oxime ligand with m-xylyl spacer: synthesis, molecular structure a…

2010

A new dicompartmental dioxime ligand (H(2)L) with m-xylyl spacer between the donor sites has been synthesised by Schiff-base condensation of α,α'-diamino-m-xylene and diacetyl monooxime. The ligand reacts with copper(ii) salts giving rise to hexanuclear tricationic copper(II) cage complexes [Cu(II)(6)(μ(3)-O···H···O-μ(3))L(3)(H(2)O)(6)]X(3) (X = BF(4), 1a; X = ClO(4), 1b). The complexes have been characterised by different analytical and spectroscopic techniques and confirmed the hexanuclear structure even in solution. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of both the complexes revealed a very similar core structure with three dicompartmental ligands supporting two triangular Cu(3)O core…

2017

In the title complex [systematic name: bis(2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-{N-[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]carboximidoyl}phenolato)cobalt(II)], [Co(C23H31N2O)2], the cobalt(II) atom is coordinated by pairs of O and N atoms in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. The dihedral angles formed by the aromatic rings of the same ligand are 51.99 (11) and 36.58 (9)°. The molecular conformation features weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds. In the crystal, inversion-related pairs of complex molecules are linked into dimers by weak C—H...π interactions. The methyl C atoms oftert-butyl groups have rotational disorder, with site occupancies of 0.647 (7) and 0.617 (6) for the major components and 0.353 …

2,2′-Bipyridin-1-ium hemioxalate oxalic acid monohydrate

2018

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H9N2 +·0.5C2O4 2−·C2H2O4·H2O, consists of a 2,2′-bipyridinium cation, half an oxalate dianion, one oxalic acid and one water molecule. One N atom in 2,2′-bipyridine is unprotonated, while the second is protonated and forms an N—H...O hydrogen bond. In the crystal, the anions are connected with surrounding acid molecules and water molecules by strong near-linear O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The water molecules are located between the anions and oxalic acids; their O atoms participate as donors and acceptors, respectively, in O—H...O hydrogen bonds, which form sheets arranged parallel to the ac plane.

2019

In the molecule of the title N,N′-disubstituted imidazol-2-ylidene palladium(II) complex, [PdBr2(C21H24N4O)]·CH2Cl2, the palladium(II) atom adopts a slightly distorted square-planar coordination (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0145 Å), and the five-membered chelate ring is almost planar [maximum displacement = 0.015 (8) Å]. The molecular conformation is enforced by intramolecular C—H...Br hydrogen bonds. In the crystal, complex molecules and dichloromethane molecules are linked into a three-dimensional network by C—H...O and C—H...Br hydrogen bonds.
