OCTA ir sauszemes transportlīdzekļu īpašnieku civiltiesiskās atbildības obligātā apdrošināšana, kas Latvijā pastāv jau no 1997. gada, kopš 2004. gada OCTA sistēmu pārrauga, attīsta un stabilizē Latvijas Transportlīdzekļu apdrošinātāju birojs un kopš 2006. gada darbojas bonus-malus sistēma. OCTA Latvijā tika ieviesta 1997. gadā. 18 gadu darbības laikā OCTA apdrošināšanas nozare tikai 4 gadus ir strādājusi ar peļņu, turklāt 2015. gada pirmos 9. mēnešus OCTA noslēdza ar 7,3 miljonu eiro zaudējumu, kas ir 2,3 reizes lielāks nekā 2014. gada 9. mēnešos. Darba autors sava temata izvēli pamato ar to, ka ir nepieciešams izpētīt OCTA apdrošināšanas tirgu Latvijā un saprast, kāpēc OCTA tirgus Latvijā strādā ar zaudējumiem. In the last 15 years households’ energy expenditures have significantly increased causing a reduction of consumption of energy commodities that increased households’ vulnerability in order to buy a minimum set of energy commodities (so called energy poverty). In 2014 almost 1.9 million of households were energy poor. Since 2009 Italy has been running two means-tested programs targeting energy poverty, namely the «bonus elettrico» and the «bonus gas». Negli ultimi 15 anni la spesa energetica delle famiglie italiane è significativamente cresciuta, aggravando la difficoltà delle famiglie più vulnerabili ad acquistare un paniere minimo di servizi energetici con ricadute negative sul loro benessere (c.d. povertà energetica). Si stima che nel 2014 tale condizione avrebbe riguardato circa 1,9 milioni di famiglie. Dynamic Risk Taking with Bonus Schemes

This paper studies dynamic risk taking by a risk-averse manager who receives a bonus; the company may default on its contractual obligations (debt and fixed compensation). We show that risk taking is time independent, and is summarized by the so-called risk aversion of derived utility. We highlight the importance of dynamic aspects and provide a foundation for common qualitative discussions that are based on characteristics of bonus functions. The paper cautions that deferral of fixed compensation may increase risk taking. Finally, we motivate a new bonus scheme that incentivizes the manager to implement the socially optimal risk level.
Tax benefits for the energy requalification of Italian real estate assets

The need for energy-efficient buildings has emerged since the onset of the first energy crises in the 1970s. It's in this decade that the concepts of sustainable development and energy saving have been introduced in the construction sector. Currently, the greatest energy saving potential for buildings does not lie in new buildings, but in the energy redevelopment of existing buildings. In order to promote interventions for building restoration, which are often costly and not economically convenient, Italian legislation has made a series of economic incentives available to the sector. This work reviews the main incentive systems for the energy requalification of buildings.

Dopo aver delineato le principali caratteristiche del "vasto patrimonio tipologicamente e territorialmente differenziato, in un quadro sociale ed economico in profonda ridefinizione", gli autori avanzano una valutazione sulla scarsa efficacia degli incentivi fiscali esistenti da vent'anni per la riqualificazione del patrimonio residenziale privato. Per garantire che le risorse vengano distribuite in modo più equo, gli autori propongono una serie di azioni concrete, differenziate in base ai contesti territoriali, per evitare che gli incentivi fiscali accrescano le disparità già esistenti e portino a ulteriori compromissioni ambientali.

The article is devoted to songs and instrumentals which are referred to as bonus tracks in the area of music albums, extended plays and singles. The fi rst part concerns the lexeme bonus as a language unit of Polish, its description in dictionaries and its role in the texts about musical releases. The next part describes reasons and consequences of adding bonus tracks to albums, EPs and singles. The author proposes the preliminary typology of bonus tracks and shows a way of describing them in musical releases. In the last part the author proves that researchers of popular music can benefi t from the fact that bonus tracks are added to albums.

The present research work aims at the design of a sustainable building, a small holiday home single-family house in Villaggio San Teodoro, Marsala (TP). A territorial classification, the assessment of the climatic data and a study of the solar paths made possible the most passive strategies for the improvement of indoor and outdoor comfort. Interesting and reasoned was the study of the prevailing winds and the relative positioning and sizing of the openings, including on the roof, in order to favor natural ventilation inside the building.
