Well-Tempered Metadynamics (WTmetaD) is an efficient method to enhance the reconstruction of the free-energy surface of proteins. WTmetaD guarantees a faster convergence in the long time limit in comparison with the standard metadynamics. It still suffers however from the same limitation, i.e. the non trivial choice of pertinent collective variables (CVs). To circumvent this problem, we couple WTmetaD with a set of CVs generated from a dihedral Principal Component Analysis (dPCA) on the Ramachadran dihedral angles describing the backbone structure of the protein. CiliaCarta: An integrated and validated compendium of ciliary genes

The cilium is an essential organelle at the surface of mammalian cells whose dysfunction causes a wide range of genetic diseases collectively called ciliopathies. The current rate at which new ciliopathy genes are identified suggests that many ciliary components remain undiscovered. We generated and rigorously analyzed genomic, proteomic, transcriptomic and evolutionary data and systematically integrated these using Bayesian statistics into a predictive score for ciliary function. This resulted in 285 candidate ciliary genes. El presente trabajo presenta un perfil del consumidor de esteroides en gimnasios, teniendo en cuenta los motivos de práctica y la posible relación con el autoconcepto físico. Son utilizados dos instrumentos: la escala de Autoconcepto Físico (Moreno y Cervelló, 2005) y un cuestionario ad-hoc sobre motivos de práctica, horas de entrenamiento y consumo de sustancias ergogénicas. Fueron evaluados 315 practicantes de musculación (M=26.95 años; DT=7,33) y los resultados demuestran que los consumidores no comienzan su práctica físico-deportiva por mejorar salud y continúan practicando por mejorar su musculatura. With decision no. 61/2020 the Constitutional Court has declared unconstitutional art. 55-quater, paragraph 3-quater, of Legislative decree 165/2001 because of the contrast with art. 76 of the Constitution. espanolEn este trabajo se presentan 27 especies de dinoflagelados (Pyrrhophyta), procedentes de muestreos realizados durante el otono de 1989, en la zona neritica del Mediterraneo frente al puerto de Castellon (U.T.M. 31S BE451293). Se comentan algunas caracteristicas morfometricas de especies pertenecientes a los generos: Prorocentrum, Amphisolenia, Dinophisis,Ornithocercus, Peridinium,Ceratocorys y Ceratium.
