El Cadastre imposat a Catalunya després de la derrota austriacista en la guerra de Successió comportà la realització de nombroses operacions de mesura de terres. Aquests treballs foren duts a terme per un petit cos d’agrimensors anomenats geòmetres del reial tribut del Cadastre. Entre 1727 i 1815 n’hem identificat un total de vint-i-dos geòmetres. Kadastrs - sistematizēti kādu zemes vai ūdens nogabalu vai citu objektu dati; ar nodokļiem apliekamo zemju saraksts un novērtējums pilsētās un laukos. Zemes kadastru sāka ar zemes uzmērīšanu un vērtēšanu, vienlaikus veicot muižu redukciju, atsavinot lielāko daļu muižas zemju, kuras nodeva Zviedrijas valsts pārziņā. Tas bija labi izstrādāts kadastrs, un to izmantoja no 1691. līdz 1911. gadam, t. i., 220 gadus. Abstract Cadastres are always related to land: they are a creation of man as effect of his relationship with land. The different conditions of the Cadastre in 14 EU Member States, including the former EU Candidate States (that nowadays are also EU members), are shown in this paper. Institutions and Rural Stagnation in Eastern Indonesia

This article addresses why agricultural productivity is still very low in peripheral parts of eastern Indonesia. The paper identifies rules and norms underpinning traditionalism. It further addresses how increased land-use efficiency can be supported while maintaining communal land ownership. Information collected from in-depth interviews was analysed based on new institutional economics (NIE) theory. I argue that the government, adat leaders, the Catholic Church, leading businesses, and internationally funded NGOs are organisations contributing to the status quo. However, data analysis procedures should satisfy the high accuracy levels demanded by users (public or private companies and governments) in order to be extensively used. This paper presents a multi-stage classification scheme to update the citrus Geographical Information System (GIS) of the Comunidad Valenciana region (Spain). An approach to data quality evaluation is proposed, which is elaborated and implemented by State Land Service of the Republic of Latvia. The approach is based on opinion of Land Service experts about Cadastre map quality that depends on its usage points. Quality parameters of Cadastre map objects identified by experts and its limit values are used for evaluation. The assessment matrix is used, which allow to define Cadastre map quality that depends on its usage purpose.
