DEVELOPMENT OF A TEST FOR EVALUATING THE CONCEPTUAL KNOWLEDGE OF CHEMICAL EQUILIBRIUM CONSTANT AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AND ITS APPLICATION TO SPANI…

2014

This article outlines a procedure that was used to develop a written test for evaluating the conceptual knowledge of chemical equilibrium constant among university students. The concepts in the subject matter were carefully defined through propositional statements. Students' understanding of the topic was determined through interviews. These data were used to produce nine multiple choice questions. Each question was designed to identify misconceptions related to the chemical equilibrium constant. The test was evaluated by foure associate professors and was administred to a total of 196 spanish university students. This test has a Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.63 and its content validity…

Matemātikas mācību grāmatas Zahlenbuch 4 iespējas studentu komunikācijas prasmju attīstībā

2022

Globalizācija, cita starpā, ir likusi mūsu pasaulei kļūt arvien nestabilākai un padarīt nākotni grūti prognozējamu. Tādējādi daudzas organizācijas un pētnieki aicina pielāgot izglītību, lai labāk sagatavotu skolēnus nākotnei, attīstot 21. gadsimta prasmes. Viena no svarīgākajām prasmēm, kuras izglītojamie attīsta, ir komunikācijas prasmes. Ņemot vērā, ka prasmes jāattīsta visos mācību priekšmetos, šī pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, cik lielā mērā matemātikas mācību grāmata Zahlenbuch 4 sniedz skolēniem iespējas attīstīt komunikācijas prasmes.

The Role of Textured Material in Supporting Perceptual-Motor Functions

2013

Simple deformation of the skin surface with textured materials can improve human perceptual-motor performance. The implications of these findings are inexpensive, adaptable and easily integrated clothing, equipment and tools for improving perceptual-motor functionality. However, some clarification is needed because mixed results have been reported in the literature, highlighting positive, absent and/or negative effects of added texture on measures of perceptual-motor performance. Therefore the aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of textured materials for enhancing perceptual-motor functionality. The systematic review uncovered two variables suitable for sub-group analysis within …

Konceptuālās metaforas lietojums rakstos par akciju biržas tirgu

2015

"I could give up many things but not that" : teachers' and pupils' experiences of using the European Language Portfolio in assessment

2015

Arviointi on olennainen osa opetusta ja oppimista kouluissa. Kielitaidon arviointiin vaikuttavat käsitykset kielitaidosta ja aikojen saatossa kielitaidon arviointi on muuttunut lähes mekaanisesta kielitaidon osa-alueiden mittaamisesta monipuolisempaan kielenkäytön arviointiin (ks. esim. Rea-Dickins 2012: 12). Perinteisen kielitaidon testauksen juuret ovat kuitenkin yhä syvällä arviointikulttuurissamme ja vasta viime vuosikymmeninä on alettu painottaa testeille vaihtoehtoisten arviointimetodien tärkeyttä. Johtava ajatus nykypäivän kouluarvioinnissa on, että kaiken arvioinnin tulisi edistää oppimista. Lisäksi oppilaiden tulisi olla aktiivisesti osallisina arvioinnissa. Yksi monipuolinen työka…

Foucault: il potere oltre le regole. Repliche a Celano, Moreso, Segatti e Spena

2020

2. Stato dell’arte e riferime…

Objectives pursued and achieved Conjectural reconstruction achieved the following results: • formulation of analytical documents which show how the planimetric and altimetric articulation are perfectly consistent with the functional program• definition of the level of uncertainty1. Brief description of the object of study The competition of the Palace of Justice in Rome takes place in four phases between 1884 and 1887. The project for the first competition in 1884 drawn up by the then very young Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932) reveals a great deal of design expertise that transforms the complex functional program into an austere building in neo-florentine style. The original drawings of the building not realized kept in the Basile Endowment of the Department of Architecture of the University of Palermo have been the subject of preliminary study to the phases of analysis interpretation and conceptual reconstruction of the digital model. 2. State of the art and main bibliographical references The conjectural reconstruction on the basis of drawings and archival documents is a well-established and codified practice thanks to various disciplinary contributions at national and international level. The new face of university–business cooperation in Finland

2016

This paper analyses the development of university-business cooperation (UBC) in Finland in the context of the University Reform Act of 2009, drawing on the experience of four universities: Aalto University, University of Jyvaskyla, University of Turku, and Lappeenranta University of Technology. Six UBC dimensions are examined: institutional context, stakeholders, motivations, facilitators/inhibitors, benefits, and drawbacks. We find that UBC, while a relatively recent process, is growing fast in dynamic local innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems. The University Act of 2009 had an uneven effect on the six UBC dimensions, with the most visible impact being manifested on motivations. Aal…
