In questa occasione sono recati processionalmente dei peculiari artefatti cerimoniali le pupazze, complessi intrecci di listelli di canna e di rami e foglie d’ulivo, rivestiti di fiori e di frutti. The Co-cathedral of San Nicolás de Alicante still preserves an important treasure of pieces of silverware, ranging from the 17th to the 20th centuries, although the greatest development was known during the 18th century, with sumptuous commissions to the most prominent silversmiths both locally as at regional and national level. In this way, it can be said that the Alicante trousseau is a good example of a temple that, once built, focuses its efforts on the collection of silverware objects that enhance the cult and its ceremonies.

Abstract The funeral chambers of the ancient city of Calakmul (Mexico) and the individuals who were buried in them have brought in recent decades new knowledge about the beliefs and funeral customs of the pre-Hispanic Maya. Tombs and bodies were prepared as part of the rituals that should favor the return of ch'ulel to the Underworld, known as Xibalba by the ancient Maya. The ch'ulel is one of the two anemic entities that inhabit the individual, equivalent to our concept of the soul. Darbs ir izstrādāts, balstoties uz zinātnisko literatūru par kāzu ceremonijām Edo laikmetā un mūsdienas, kā arī tika izmantoti vēsturiskie avoti par japāņu sabiedrības sociālo struktūru. Bakalaura darbu veido 5 daļas, kur izklāstīts Japānas tradicionālo vērtību pētījums, izmantojot kāzu tradīciju un rituālu norises vispārīgo raksturojumu.

The author traces the transition of the royal court of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth to the Western European model of court ceremonies, which lasted for almost two centuries, from the sixteenth to the eighteenth centuries. Initially, they followed the ceremonial models of the House of Habsburg and, starting in the 1640s, the French ceremonial, refined at the Versailles of Louis XIV. Meant to extol the monarch in the eyes of subjects, such ceremonies became widespread under kings of the House of Vasa, Michał Korybut Wiśniowiecki, Jan III Sobieski, and the House of Wettin. Wykorzystywanie mediów w procesie komunikowania społecznego wpływa w coraz większym stopniu na przemiany tradycyjnej obrzędowości rodzinnej i dorocznej, a tym samym inspiruje powstawanie nowych sposobów realizowania w praktyce rytuałów (ceremonialnych zachowań) powiązanych z ważnym dla lokalnej grupy systemem wartości. Dawne rytuały, stopniowo tracąc swe powiązanie ze sferą sacrum, wypełniane są nowymi treściami i podlegają procesowi teatralizacji, przy znaczącym udziale mediów. Autorka prezentuje to na przykładzie obrzędu weselnego i dorocznych tradycyjnych zwyczajów karnawałowych.
