Analizza, inoltre il sistema delle fonti e i soggetti della disciplina giuridica generale, nonchè l’oggetto del rapporto concessorio, le parti del rapporto e il procedimento amministrativo, la costituzione del rapporto concessorio e la gestione dello stesso. Affronta anche le tematiche inerenti all'estinzione del rapporto, alla gestione del subentro, ai controlli dell’amministrazione concedente, alla patologia del rapporto e alle peculiarità nella tutela giurisdizionale.

The death of Charles II of Habsburg and the designation of Philip of Anjou as the legitimate heir caused - in any territory belonging to the Spanish monarchy - the definition of new political languages and the creation of new networks of political and social relationships. This happened also in the kingdom of Sicily, where the internal and international dynamics were strictly connected. This paper intends to stimulate a serious debate on the topic of conflict in family businesses and the theory of negotiation as a tool to resolve these conflicts. The methodology is based on the collection and systematization of the main literature on these topics.
