This study aimed to understand consumers' habits and belief structures concerning local food products and to develop a new snack as a way to fight against children malnutrition in Madagascar. A large variety of natural food resources grow in Madagascar, like Moringa oleifera (MO) which leaves are rich in nutrients but not consumed. First, a survey conducted in four areas of Madagascar revealed that MO leaves are known for their health benefits but infrequently consumed, probably because of their low satiating power and strong odor. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, this article contributes to a reflection about the Convention's impact on domestic and international case law by investigating its role in, and implications for, litigation before the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child. Mūsdienās tās var uzskatīt par socio-politisku spēli, ar mērķi novērtēt, leģitimizēt un dalīties idejām un vērtībām, kas kādai no sabiedrībām ir būtiskas. Darbā ir pievērsta uzmanība apbalvošanas fenomenam no dažādām perspektīvām, kā arī aplūkotas bērnu literatūras apbalvošanai raksturīgākās iezīmes.
