Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza statusu prawnego fundacji zakładanych przez osoby prawne Kościoła katolickiego, o których mowa w art. 26 konkordatu między Stolicą Apostolską i Rzecząpospolitą Polską z 1993 r. i art. 58 ustawy z dnia 17 maja 1989 r. o stosunku Państwa do Kościoła Katolickiego w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (fundacje kościelne) oraz pobożnych fundacji, o których mowa w przepisach Kodeksu Prawa Kanonicznego z 1983 r. Ponadto w artykule poruszono zagadnienie wpływu systemu prawa polskiego i systemu prawa kanonicznego na działalność wymienionych fundacji. Mastering the visual perception of the surfaces of manufactured products is a central issue for industry. However, in industry, the quality of surfaces is often assessed by human inspectors. Only a few specific cases use an instrumental or photometric approach. Among the photometric approaches, one of them is experiencing significant growth: Reflectance Transformation Imaging (RTI). However, this technique has limitations in terms of data acquisition and processing. Incommensurate phases of a bosonic two-leg ladder under a flux

A boson two--leg ladder in the presence of a synthetic magnetic flux is investigated by means of bosonization techniques and Density Matrix Renormalization Group (DMRG). We follow the quantum phase transition from the commensurate Meissner to the incommensurate vortex phase with increasing flux at different fillings. When the applied flux is $\rho \pi$ and close to it, where $\rho$ is the filling per rung, we find a second incommensuration in the vortex state that affects physical observables such as the momentum distribution, the rung-rung correlation function and the spin-spin and charge-charge static structure factors.
