Although different studies have investigated career choices as cognitive acts of decision-making, non-cognitive components also play an important role. The study tries to develop an empirically based model of career decision-making process linking cognitive (search for work self-efficacy - SWSE) and non-cognitive (psychological well-being - PWB) components. In particular, the study investigates, among 148 never-employed Italian young adults, to what extent the relationship between SWSE and career indecision in terms of lack of readiness (LoR) can be explained by their common relationship with PWB. Wybór ścieżki kształcenia to jedna z najważniejszych decyzji w życiu zawodowym człowieka, w wyniku której ponosi on liczne konsekwencje. Z takim wyborem borykają się uczniowie kończący szkołę podstawową. W tak młodym wieku (14‒15 lat), podjęcie właściwej decyzji wymaga dużej dojrzałości. Wielu młodych ludzi nie jest na to gotowych. Dlatego też nastolatkowie kierują się po pomoc w stronę swoich najbliższych, do których mają zaufanie i zawsze mogą liczyć na rzeczową rozmowę i radę. Młodzi ludzie mogą też otrzymać wsparcie ze strony szkolnych doradców zawodowych.

En particular, analizamos la supuesta confrontación entre educación ambiental y educación para la sostenibilidad. "On-the-go" multispectral imaging system embedded on a track laying tractor to characterize the vine foliage

Mutispectral imaging systems are widely used in remote sensing for Precision Viticulture. In this work, this technique was applied in the proximal sensing context to characterize vine foliage. A mobile terrestrial experimental system is presented, composed of a GPS receiver, a multi-spectral camera acquiring visible and near infrared images, and a Greenseeker RT-100 which measures the Normalized Difference Vegetative Index (NDVI). This optical system observes vine foliage in the trellis plan, in natural sunlight. The experimental field is planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier cultivars in a latin squared pattern.
