The discussion among many authors over the «Generation of crisis» concept suggests that it is useful to outline the characteristics of the target of population of the collective of youth who are mainly affected by the economic and social crisis over the past years. À partir du constat répété de la sous-représentation des filles et des jeunes issus des classes populaires en sciences, cet article interroge le rôle des représentations des métiers scientifiques: sur papier comme sur écrans, les scientifiques sont en effet massivement des hommes blancs des classes favorisées. Pour apporter un éclairage sociologique sur cette problématique, nous montrons l’articulation entre les représentations enfantines des sciences et ces mises en images des métiers dans les produits culturels pour la jeunesse (manuels, ouvrages, émissions télévisées, jeux…). High-density lipoproteins (HDL) are classified as atheroprotective because they are involved in transport of cholesterol to the liver, known as "reverse cholesterol transport (RCT)" exerting antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. There is also evidence for cytoprotective, vasodilatory, antithrombotic, and anti-infectious activities for these lipoproteins. HDLs are known by structural, metabolic and biologic heterogeneity. Thus, different methods are able to distinguish several subclasses of HDL.
