Understanding complaint channel usage in multichannel retailing

Abstract This study aims to understand customer patterns of channel usage to voice complaints to multichannel retailers. Data were collected from multichannel shoppers for apparel in Spain by means of an online survey. Latent Class Analysis on complaint channel (store, website, mobile app and social media) usage was performed. The analysis identifies four customer segments that use complaint channels differently. Channel dependencies emerged, particularly related to mobile app usage. Systematic reviews of balance control have tended to only focus on the effects of single lower-limb stimulation strategies, and a current limitation is the lack of comparison between different relevant stimulation strategies. The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to examine evidence of effects of different lower-limb sensory stimulation strategies on postural regulation and stability. The influence of Japanese kimono on European bustles and their representation in the paintings of the late nineteenth century

This article investigates the relationship between Europe and Japan at the end of the nineteenth century through the influence of the clothing from both countries. Paintings and portraits from that era are analysed. A typical European clothing piece of that period, the bustle, is proof that little by little the traditional Japanese kimono began to enter the fashion of England and France. In addition, the article also investigates how the Japanese kimono became a luxury item in Europe; however, it was used as a gown-style clothing for the home, losing its original function. The article analyzes the relationship between clothing and ethnic identity in the works of Greek writer Lucian of Samosata. We concentrate on importance of clothes in the construction of foreigners’ “diversity” and we explain the symbolic role of the assumption of Greek attire in foreigners’ process of Hellenization. We also examine how Greek clothing represents, for Greek people in Roman context, a mark of ethnic and cultural differentiation.

INTRODUCTION In out-of-laboratory settings the surface EMG measurements are complicated by the requirement of careful electrode placement and skin preparation. The development of washable textile electrodes that can be sowed into sportswear enable muscle activity recordings during normal locomotion without skin preparation and the problem of wires hanging around the body [1]. In this study we performed validity, reliability and feasibility tests of the textile electrodes embedded into shorts against the traditional bipolar surface electrodes.
