Comprehensive analysis of interacting proteins and genome-wide location studies of the Sas3-dependent NuA3 histone acetyltransferase complex

Highlights • We characterise Sas3p and Gcn5p active HAT complexes in WT and deleted TAP-strains. • We confirm that Pdp3p interacts with NuA3, histones and chromatin regulators. • Pdp3p MS-analysis reveals its phosphorylation, ubiquitination and methylation. • Sas3p can substitute Gcn5p in acetylation of histone H3K14 but not of H3K9. • Genome-wide profiling of Sas3p supports its involvement in transcriptional elongation.

We describe an efficient system for ensuring code integrity of an operating system (OS), both its own code and application code. The proposed system can protect from an attacker who has full control over the OS kernel. An evaluation of the system's performance suggests the induced overhead is negligible. peerReviewed

W pierwszej przedstawiam wyniki analiz wypowiedzi przeprowadzonych pod kątem wybranych elementów paralingwalnych mających wpływ na efektywność wypowiedzi (natężenie głosu, ton, tempo mówienia oraz pauzę i frazowanie). W drugiej części przyglądam się treściom kolejnych podstaw programowych (1999, 2002, 2009, 2017) poświęconym zagadnieniom związanych z kształceniem kodu parawerbalnego. Abstract This study deals with the comparison of impurity behaviour in pellet and gas fuelled JET-ITER like wall pulses with the aim of finding the mechanisms leading to the generally observed higher concentration of tungsten in pellet fuelled plasmas. In fact, tungsten is the main high-Z impurity in the JET-ILW plasmas and is responsible for most of the radiative losses in the plasma core. Analysis of the experimental data pertaining to pulses at different plasma currents, different input power and different electron densities is integrated by numerical modelling with the self-consistent fluid transport code COREDIV. Līdzatkarības, pašdiferencācijas un personības iezīmju savstarpējā saistība sievietēm

Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv savstarpēja saistība starp līdzatkarību, pašdiferencāciju un personības iezīmēm sievietēm. Pētījumā piedalījās 113 sievietes (N = 113), vecumā no 20 līdz 30 gadiem (M = 24,5, SD = 3,23), kuras ir vismaz 1 gadu ilgās romantiskās attiecībās. Respondenti aizpildīja trīs aptaujas: Līdzatkarības noteikšanas aptauju, Lielā Piecinieka Aptauju (BFI) un Pašdiferencācijas aptauju - Īso versiju (DSI-SF), kura tika adaptēta latviešu valodā bakalaura darba ietvaros.
