This chapter analyzes the relationship between family and cyberbullying, a type of technological harassment among peers which is of growing concern in the scientific community and in today’s society. First, this chapter discusses factors associated with family functioning that may predict cyberbullying, particularly the family climate (cohesion, expressivity, and conflict) and parent–children communication. This paper examines the policy approaches and measures that developed market economies countries have adopted to “manage” what has become known as the Dahrendorf Quandary, a profound challenge facing globalizing economies: over time, staying economically competitive requires either adopting measures detrimental to the cohesion of society or restricting civil liberties and political participation. This article departs from the analysis of the two possible and opposing visions of politics that distinguishes Arendt: politics as a way of dominion and politics as action in concert. It presents the problem of the necessity to regenerate democracy on the basis of a greater political commitment of all citizens, going deep into the conditions under which democracies can effectively become channels for political action in the noblest sense of the term: as the ability of a group to act in concert, to pursue common objectives, to work for the general interest and the justice of institutions. Private Pre-University Education in Romania

This paper approaches private provision of pre-university education in Romania, exploring available data on the sector's size and main characteristics and evaluating the extent to which the current regulatory framework enables positive effects in terms of freedom of choice, quality, equity, and social cohesion. The paper argues that the lack of a clear strategy mixed with strict control in key areas and lax implementation of support instruments has led to private providers not being a legitimate alternative to public education.

Abstract The main focus of the research was to discover the cohesion of our team and to find the leader of our volleyball group. The research sample was composed of 12 players with aged between 10 and 12 years old that play for CSM Bucharest at mini-volleyball level. The main research methods used was the sociometric survey method which aimed to find the elections and rejections in our group and to discover the hierarchy of every player in the team.
