A Web site engagement scale is suggested that serves as the basis of a two part-model. The first part studies the influence of the online comparative behaviour of consumers on Web site engagement using data obtained from respondents that selected a holiday package on an online travel agency capable of remotely tracing and recording their intra-Web page and intra-Web site behaviour. [ES] Los estudios que hemos venido realizando indican que el plomo de la cuenca minera del Bajo Priorato (Tarragona) circula en el ámbito fenicio-tartesio. Sin embargo, los análisis realizados sobre un conjunto de muestras minerales y metálicas de la isla de Ibiza ponen de manifiesto la explotación de la galena argentífera local, cuyo uso coexiste en el yacimiento de sa Caleta con el mineral de Cartagena; no se documenta, en cambio, plomo de procedencia prioratina. This paper aims to reflect the use of training via ad hoc teams to adopt lean production practices. In our research, eleven automobile manufacturer suppliers implement training interventions to achieve better results through lean production, concluding that training helps companies to develop lean production systems and to improve performance indicators.

Since Rose's (2000) path-breaking study, a lot of studies have been carried out on the effect of currency unions on trade. Both Rose's striking finding that sharing a currency union more than triples trade between countries and the creation of the euro have propelled an intense debate on this issue and, in particular, about the effect of the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU) on trade.
