Este trabajo examina el modo en que el discurso de opinión de la prensa conservadora española emplea frecuentemente símbolos de intenso componente emocional para generar alarma y la movilización de los ciudadanos ante situaciones consideradas injustas. El análisis se realiza sobre las columnas que dos destacados articulistas publicaron entre 2004 y 2008 para opinar sobre la introducción de la asignatura Educación para la Ciudadanía. We analyze two-dimensional (2D) random systems driven by a symmetric L\'{e}vy stable noise which, under the sole influence of external (force) potentials $\Phi (x) $, asymptotically set down at Boltzmann-type thermal equilibria. Such behavior is excluded within standard ramifications of the Langevin approach to L\'{e}vy flights. In the present paper we address the response of L\'{e}vy noise not to an external conservative force field, but directly to its potential $\Phi (x)$. We prescribe a priori the target pdf $\rho_*$ in the Boltzmann form $\sim \exp[- \Phi (x)]$ and next select the L\'evy noise of interest. El tratamiento conservador con inmovilizacion, basado en una serie de parametros radiologicos, sigue siendo el mas utilizado hoy en dia. El objetivo de nuestro estudio ha sido evaluar el desplazamiento secundario de estas fracturas entre la segunda y sexta semana de evolucion. Para ello hemos evaluado las fracturas de radio distal tratadas de forma conservadora en nuestro Servicio, durante el ano 2016. In this paper we examine the conservative averaging method (CAM) along the vertical z-coordinate for solving the 3-D boundary-value 2 layers diffusion problem. The special parabolic and hyperbolic type approximation (splines), that interpolate the middle integral values of piece-wise smooth function, is investigated. With the help of these splines the problems of mathematical physics in 3-D with respect to one coordinate are reduced to problems for system of equations in 2-D in every layer. Method to obtain shear-free two-fluid solutions of Einstein's equations.

We use the Einstein equations, stated as an initial-value problem (3+1 formalism), to present a method for obtaining a class of solutions which may be interpreted as the gravitational field produced by a mixture of two perfect fluids. The four-velocity of one of the components is assumed to be a shear-free, irrotational, and geodesic vector field. The solutions are given up to a set of a hyperbolic quasilinear system.
