This study presents the results of an integrated stratigraphic analysis conducted on a marine gravity core (MSK-12 C4) recovered from the outer continental shelf (82 mwater depth) of western Calabria, ~2.6 km, NE of Capo Vaticano (Eastern Tyrrhenian margin). The gravity core MSK-12 C4 recovered a stratigraphic succession of 4.18 m beneath the seafloor representing the last ~11.1 ka. Abstract Modelling regional-scale attenuation of seismic waves at ~1 Hz is challenging, especially when these waves propagate across both continental and oceanic crust. Recent developments in seismic imaging and modelling have provided us with the computational tools necessary to reconstruct these mixed settings using deterministic (coherent) and stochastic (coda) information. Here, we present new tomographic maps of coda-attenuation for both the Italian peninsula and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Esta Tesis Doctoral plantea un estudio analítico de la obra de Javier Calvo Maiques (Valencia, 1941). A partir de dos objetivos básicos, abordamos en primer lugar, la contextualización de la trayectoria del artista y en segundo lugar, la catalogación y el análisis de sus obras. Para lo cual se documentan alrededor de 1500 piezas entre dibujos y pinturas. Todo ello apoyado sobre una extensa base documental de libros, catálogos, revistas y artículos de prensa que ayudan a trazar los diferentes itinerarios por los que transcurre su proceso creativo. Two general considerations can derived from all the considered data. Firstly, it is possible to trace a continuum of NuCxs based on their degree of cohesion, fixedness, specificity and idiomaticity, which correlates with the kind of approximate or vague meaning and function. The more the NuCxs become idiomatic the less they express quantity. In many cases, the constructions acquire a pragmatic value and codify a manner of express the degree of commitment, the attitude of the speakers and the kind of relationship s/he would like to enter into with the addressee.
