Abstract Drawing on the conversation analytic and sociocultural perspectives, this study investigates children's situated moral negotiations in classroom peer interaction in the absence of a teacher. The conversation analytic methodology is used to operationalise some of the key elements of the sociocultural perspective on moral development. In this way, this study enables readers to observe and study the semiotic, conversational and interactional mediations of moral functioning in real life, with the example of children's moral practices. Catalizzatori a base di nanocorni di carbonio-liquidi ionici per la conversione della CO2

Nel presente lavoro sono stati impiegati nanocorni di carbonio (CNHs) come piattaforma catalitica per il design di nuovi materiali ibridi a base di sali di imidazolio per la conversione della CO2 in carbonati ciclici. A tale scopo sono stati preparati una serie di catalizzatori eterogenei mediante una procedura sintetica one-pot basata sulla polimerizzazione radicalica di vari sali di bis vinilimidazolio in presenza di nanocorni di carbonio. En esta tesis doctoral se muestra la conversión directa de fibroblastos embrionarios de ratón a células con morfología y fenotipo similares al hepatocito mediante la expresión retroviral de seis factores de transcripción hepáticos, Hhex, Gata4, Foxa2, HNF4α HNF1α y HNF6. Los fibroblastos infectados mantenidos durante 3-4 semanas en cultivo adquieren una morfología epitelial y expresan genes típicamente hepáticos como Albumina, Cyp7a1, Tat o Slc10a1 a niveles próximos al hepatocito. Durante la manipulación de los fibroblastos mediante la expresión de los factores de transcripción ya mencionados, observamos que el factor de transcripción Gata4 es capaz de bloquear la reprogramación a células …

Diese Studie bot ebenfalls Gelegenheit, die geologischen Eigenschaften der im Clos de Vougeot eingebrachten Baumaterialien genauestens zu untersuchen und neue Erkenntnisse zum Bau dieser Gebäude zu gewinnen und zu präzisieren.

Integrating concepts and techniques from ethnomethodology and sociomaterialism, this article investigates the observable material processes involving human action and place‐based contexts of language use enabled by locative media. The focal pedagogical intervention utilized mobile augmented reality (AR) activities, the development of which was inspired by research on learning ‘in the wild.’ Applying the principle of reverse engineering, we introduce a pedagogical approach termed ‘rewilding’ for its emphasis on designing supportive conditions for goal‐directed interaction outside of classrooms. Internal conversion from excited electronic states of 229Th ions

The process of internal conversion from excited electronic states is investigated theoretically for the case of the vacuum-ultraviolet nuclear transition of 229 Th . Due to the very low transition energy, the 229 Th nucleus offers the unique possibility to open the otherwise forbidden internal conversion nuclear decay channel for thorium ions via optical laser excitation of the electronic shell. We show that this feature can be exploited to investigate the isomeric state properties via observation of internal conversion from excited electronic configurations of Th + and Th 2 + ions.
