Työelämäyhteistyö ammattikorkeakouluopettajan osaamishaasteena

Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin ammattikorkeakouluopettajien työelämäyhteistyön osaamishaasteita. Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin yksilö- ja ryhmähaastatteluilla, joihin osallistui 16 eri alojen ammattikorkeakouluopettajaa. Aineisto analysoitiin temaattisella analyysillä. Työelämäyhteistyön osaamishaasteina tulivat esille muutos koulutuksen ja työelämän suhteissa, verkostomainen opettajuus, monipuolisten taitojen hallinta ja pedagogiikan uudistaminen. Ammattikorkeakouluopettajien työelämäyhteistyö edellyttää uusien taitojen omaksumisen lisäksi yhteisöllisyyden kehittämistä niin työelämän kuin opiskelijoidenkin kanssa.

W zwalczaniu przestępczości dotyczącej VAT, wyróżnia się trzy podstawowe problemy. Pierwszy związany jest z prawidłowością analizy kryminalnej zgromadzonych dowodów i możliwości jej wykorzystania. Problem drugi obejmuje kwestie współpracy międzynarodowej w wymianie informacji. Problem trzeci powstaje w wyniku stosowanych przez przestępców taktyk opóźniających wykrycie przestępstwa.

Even in its most neutral meanings, the term “colonial” leads to questioning the cultural and ideological purpose of its use. This also concerns its derivatives, post-colonial and neo-colonial, whose prefixes are not to be interpreted in a merely chronological sense. This paper investigates the remote origins of a mental attitude that has resulted both in a “colonial” reading of some phenomena and in a post-colonial new interpretation. The cluster was defined according to the definition proposed by M.E. Porter as a specialized concentration of mutually competing and cooperating enterprises which gives them the ability to generate and maintain a competitive advantage. The most important element of the cluster are geographically concentrated companies from a single industry. W opracowaniu podjęto problematykę rodzinnej kurateli sądowej coraz częściej stosowanej wobec młodzieży niedostosowanej społecznie, pochodzącej z rodzin niewydolnych wychowawczo. Rodzinni kuratorzy sądowi, sprawując nadzór nad podopiecznymi, zobligowani są do realizacji wielu zadań dotyczących współpracy z ich środowiskiem wychowawczym. W artykule ukazano wyniki badań pilotażowych na temat współpracy rodzinnych kuratorów sądowych z rodziną i szkołą podopiecznych.
