Il principio di autodeterminazione dell'individuo trova il suo fondamento nel dettato costituzionale e,in riferimento al diritto alla salute,si traduce nella possibilità di rifiutare le cure e di scegliere di "lasciarsi morire". Al di là di un difficile e forse non opportuno intervento del legislatore, la Corte di Cassazione ne ha disegnato i caratteri nel noto caso Englaro, avvicinandosi alla soluzione prospettata dal giudice tedesco in un caso simile, giudice che, diversamente, ha potuto fondare la sua decisione oltre che sul principio costituzionale della tutela della dignità umana, sulla legislazione vigente.

After trying to define what should be intended as minorities in contemporary West societies and exploring if it is possible to make a difference between old and new minorities, the research focuses on the main issues that are at stake. The objective of this work is to investigate the viability of a wind, PV or hybrid wind-PV system supplemented with battery storage for electricity production to meet the electricity consumption of a typical household apartment in Central Finland. The assessment criteria for the analysis were cost of energy and total net present cost of each system configuration. We selected the Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewables (HOMER) software, RETScreen, and PVsyst in our analysis and finally only HOMER was considered for performing system optimization analysis because of the creditability of its results. Employee personal use of technology at work (PUTW)—defined as employees’ activities using organisational or personal IT resources for non-work-related purposes while at work—is increasingly common in organisations. Our review of existing PUTW studies (n = 137) suggests that previous studies widely discussed PUTW outcomes, antecedents, and policies. The literature review also indicates that previous studies have proposed opposing viewpoints regarding the effect of PUTW on employee job performance, but few studies offered empirical evidence. But very few aspects are known about the propagation in the heterogeneous materials because of the complex behavior regarding these materials.
