Rozliczalność jest jedną z centralnych zasad dobrego rządzenia, a istnienie mechanizmów rozliczalności uznaje się za warunek dobrych rządów. W artykule rozliczalność jest rozpatrywana w kontekście gminnym, a jego celem jest przedstawienie problemów związanych z pomiarem rozliczalności. Zaproponowano również pięć obiektywnych wskaźników poziomu rozliczalności w gminie. Cross country skiing is known as an endurance sport and both aerobic and anaerobic systems have a major impact on performance in cross country skiers. Coaches and athletes use periodized training programs to optimize physiological adaptations and increase performance. Knowing how the major aerobic and anaerobic variables change during the course of one ski season will allow better implementation of training programs. This article asks about the expansion of psychological, therapeutic and self-enhancement ethos through the networks and devices that configures middle and upper-middle classes, and about the ways in which this process is singled out starting from the encounter between coaching and psychology paradigms with golf fans, in contemporary Argentina.
