Timing of surgery following SARS-CoV-2 infection: an international prospective cohort study

Peri-operative SARS-CoV-2 infection increases postoperative mortality. The aim of this study was to determine the optimal duration of planned delay before surgery in patients who have had SARS-CoV-2 infection. This international, multicentre, prospective cohort study included patients undergoing elective or emergency surgery during October 2020. Surgical patients with pre-operative SARS-CoV-2 infection were compared with those without previous SARS-CoV-2 infection. The primary outcome measure was 30-day postoperative mortality. The present study aims to analyze the prevalence and risk factors of active pediculosis and to compare the efficacy and sensitivity of the vacuum method with the comb method and the visual inspection with a magnifying glass in order to determine the best methodology to detect active pediculosis among schoolchildren from Paraná state. El present Treball Fi de Màster pretén contribuir a la millora de la criança dels fills/es de la ciutat de Gandia. Aquest, amb una duració d’un any, va dirigit als familiars de la ciutat de Gandia i té dos objectius fonamentals: Prevenir situacions de risc en el nucli familiar i formar als pares, mares i/o tutors legals de Gandia en pràctiques de criança positiva. Així, mitjançant sessions teoricopràctiques setmanals, es pretén tractar les principals competències parentals que engloben la criança positiva.
