This work devoted to study various parameters influencing hydration of silicate phase main Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) was performed at the Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Carnot de Bourgogne (ICB). This study is part of the project "Crystal Growth Control" initiated by BASF in order to monitor and provide the best as possible the hydration of Ordinary Portland Cement. The dissolution of alite, like the pure C3S one, is fast in pure water. Speed decreases with deviation from equilibrium and the concentration of aluminates ions in solution. Entre 1982 et 1990, la croissance de Besançon a été limitée: 3% contre 5,6 % pour l 'ensemble des unités urbaines françaises. Certes, on constate des difficultés similaires pour les villes dont la population est comprise entre 1 00 et 200 000 habitants. Pourtant, si Besançon n'est pas une très grande ville (au quarantième rang des agglomérations françaises). elle a l'avantage d'être une capitale régionale. Elle a pu ainsi bénéficier. plus que d'autres, du développement des activités tertiaires. Une croissance aussi modeste peut paraître surprenante.

The paper studies the mechanisms that govern the interactions between the entrepreneur (novice or expert) and the specific investors of emerging firms (business angels (BAs) and venture-capital firms (VCs)). Combining both literatures on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial finance, our aim is to understand if the rationalities of these three actors help them or not to interact, and, to study how they influence each other during the firm's growth. In order to do so, we undertake two processual case studies. Ces travaux sont menés dans le but de fournir des entrées à la simulation de scénarios d'extensions urbaines. Le terrain d'application de ce travail est le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, où le développement pavillonnaire périurbain s'accompagne d'une forte dépendance automobile (Dupuy, 1995 ; pour le cas luxembourgeois cf. The endogeneous nature of the dynamic analysis among classical economist's writings

« Endogenous growth theories » exhibit different models in which growth is assumed to come from the accumulation of a particular factor (human capital, technology, public infrastructures, etc.). However, due to its newness, the real term of « endogenous growth » seems to playdown old theories.This paper intends to put right this position and demonstrate that relations displayed by current models are only formalizations stemming from the developments of classical economists. In the end, we demonstrate that their analysis yields new viewpoints for analysts. Overall, we wish to reinforce theendogenous nature of the dynamic analysis among classical economist's writings.
