The article presents one of the most important, in the author's opinion, manifestations of further intensification of the processes of financialisation of global financial markets, which was the emergence of decentralized digital currencies (so-called cryptocurrencies) based on blockchain technology. Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Kriptovalūtu sektora rīcībpolitikas analīze Eiropas Savienības un Latvijas kontekstā”. Darba būtība ir analizēt sektoru, kura attīstība var būtiski ietekmēt valsts tautsaimniecību. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt kriptovalūtu sektora rīcībpolitiku un tās attīstību Latvijā, kā arī apzināt riskus, Latvijā ieviešot jaunu rīcībpolitiku šajā sektorā. Darba gaitā tiek identificēta galvenā sektorā pastāvošā problēma - anonimitāte, tiek identificēti riski, ka arī aplūkots kriptovalūtu šā brīža statuss Eiropas Savienībā un atsevišķās tās dalībvalstīs – Vācijā, Igaunijā, Maltā un Francijā. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek aplūkota rīcībpolitikas teorija, kā arī kritēriji veiksmīgas rīcībpolit…
