Administracyjnoprawny status muzealiów w hiszpańskim porządku prawnym

Artykuł podejmuje problematykę statusu administracyjnego muzealiów w hiszpańskim systemie prawnym. Przedstawiono założenia ustawy o hiszpańskim dziedzictwie historycznym z 1985 r., która reguluje status dóbr kultury BIC (bienes de interés cultural) – zarówno ruchomości, jak i nieruchomości – oraz poziomy ochrony w zależności od kategorii. Omówiono procedurę nadawania statusu BIC i systemy katalogowania dóbr kultury. System ochrony dóbr kultury w Hiszpanii jest mocno zdecentralizowany, co dotyczy również funkcjonowania muzeów. Decay assessment of stone-built cultural heritage: The case study of the cosenza cathedral façade (south calabria, italy)

This study aims to assess the different decay phenomena affecting the Cosenza Cathedral façade (Calabria, South Italy) through the evaluation of the relative damage indices. For this goal, a multidisciplinary approach was applied exploiting both nondestructive and microdestructive techniques. Such a combination enabled proposing an intervention priority scale that can be helpful to institutions when planning a prompt restoration intervention. In this chapter, we examine a collection of drawings, and paintings from South African students between the ages of 10 to 17, that provide fresh and original perceptions to some already known topics, but also several unexpected connections between mathematics and art. These works reference classic math-art connections such as: golden ratio, spirals, infinity, and geometric figures; they also contain several personal reflections, unique discoveries and references to ethnomathematical connections within the African cultural heritage. W artykule śledzę taktyki przywoływania (i unikania) wcześniejszych nazw współczesnego Wrocławia jako elementu tworzenia jego dziedzictwa kulturowego. Na przykładzie opracowań historycznych i wykorzystując metodę analizy dyskursu, pokazuję mechanizmy kreowania różnie akcentowanych przeszłości miasta. Opierając się na użyciu nazwy historycznej (na przykład Breslau) czy konsekwentnie tylko współczesnej (Wrocław), wskazuję, że za strategią wyboru nazwy stoją odmienne, ideologicznie uwarunkowane, narracje.
