The vegetation of mining dumps of SW-Sardinia includes several endemic or rare species, that have been confined to such artificial habitats by a millennial mining activity. The extreme edaphic specialisation of these species reflects with unusual fidelity the heterogeneity of substrata, therefore creating a system of plant communities that largely contributes to the environmental diversity of this part of the island. Jednym z podstawowych zagadnień ochrony środowiska przyrodniczego jest racjonalna gospodarka odpadami. Program prawidłowej gospodarki opadami po winien uwzględniać przede wszystkim minimalizację powstawania odpadów, a tak że likwidację nielegalnie powstających składowisk, m.in. poprzez ich rekultywację. L'A. si interroga sulle possibili soluzioni legislative agli atavici problemi del diritto sindacale italiano. In particolare, il saggio si sofferma sulla formula “sindacato comparativamente più rappresentativo” con cui si evoca non la mera misurazione del grado di rappresentatività di ciascuna organizzazione, bensì la comparazione della rappresentatività tra sindacati firmatari di contratti collettivi applicabili nello stesso ambito e quindi in concorrenza tra di loro. In ultima analisi l'A. esamina i possibili scenari legislativi che discendono dall'attuazione della Direttiva europea in materia di salario minimo.
