[EN] In the present study, the effect of cross-flow filtration (CFF) on the overall valorization of Chlorella spp. microalgae as biogas was assessed. The effect of CFF on microalgae cell integrity was quantified in terms of viability which was correlated with the anaerobic biodegradability. The viability dropped as the biomass concentration increased, whereas anaerobic biodegradability increased linearly with the viability reduction. It was hypothesized that a stress-induced release and further accumulation of organic polymers during CFF increased the flux resistance which promoted harsher shear-stress conditions. Adding Transitivity and Counting to the Fluted Fragment

We study the impact of adding both counting quantifiers and a single transitive relation to the fluted fragment - a fragment of first-order logic originating in the work of W.V.O. Quine. The resulting formalism can be viewed as a multi-variable, non-guarded extension of certain systems of description logic featuring number restrictions and transitive roles, but lacking role-inverses. We establish the finite model property for our logic, and show that the satisfiability problem for its k-variable sub-fragment is in (k+1)-NExpTime. Mērķa panākšanai tiek izmantoti Alana Tjūringa, Džona Serla un Terija Vinograda, kā arī citu filozofu darbi, šīs jomas ietvaros. Darba gaitā tiek pētītas mākslīgā intelekta programmas, kuras nodarbojas ar valodas apstrādi, kā arī to pārbaudes veidi. Sīkāk ir aprakstītas arī Vinograda domas par šādu programmu darbības veidu.

Šī maģistra darba galvenais mērķis ir analizēt poskoloniālo pārdabisko Amitava Goša romānā “Kolkatas Hromosoma” (1995). Amitavs Gošs ir augsti novērtēts autors, kura darbi nes svarīgu ieguldījumu postkoloniālājā diskursā. Maģistra darba teorētiskā daļa ir balstīta uz dažādām teorijām, kas analizē konceptu postkoloniālais pārdabiskais. Tajās ir iekļautas tādas teorijas kā; postkoloniālisms, postmodernitāte, ‘pārdabiskā’ astētikas iezīmes un Neo-Viktoriāņu gotika. Šīs teorijas tiek izmantotas, lai interpretētu romāna tekstu darba praktiskajā daļā.
