Le livre illustré face à la danse : un médium empathique ?

This article looks at the illustrated book as an intermedial transaction relying on a process of empathetic reception. The books examined here belong to the revival of illustration in England after the First World War: the series Impressions of the Russian Ballet (1918-1922) written and published by Cyril Beaumont, and the ‘livre de peintre’ Russian Ballet (1919) written and illustrated by David Bomberg. Part and parcel of the reception of modern dance, and more precisely of the Russian ballet, these books emphasize the symbolic significance of print in its ability to capture the ephemeral performance of dance.

Introduction Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) may affect adherence to planned chemotherapy treatments and compromise patients’ quality of life during the therapy. NEPA is an oral fixed combination of netupitant, a highly-selective NK1-RA and palonosetron, a 5HT3-RA, approved for the prevention of acute and delayed CINV. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of NEPA with dexamethasone for CINV prophylaxis in the challenging setting of carboplatin and gemcitabine combination chemotherapy, after failure of prophylaxis with 5HT3 receptor antagonist. Ses professeurs de la Sorbonne qui le considèrent comme l’un des élèves les plus brillants de sa génération le poussent à soutenir cette thèse. Mais, Emmanuel qui a délaissé ses études musicales au Conservatoire de Paris pour préparer sa licence souhaite revenir à la musique et à la composition musicale.
