Employees’ creative idea enactment is critical for organizational creativity assessment and innovation implementation. In the paper, we want to develop and verify a moderated chain mediation model to explore the impact of supervisor developmental feedback on the enactment of employees’ creative ideas, and to investigate the moderating role of psychological empowerment further. A good and unique person passed away – a lawyer, an expert on historical monuments, a theoretician on securing works of art, a sensitive soul. His loss is irreparable. Having known Piotr for years as a modest person shying from acclaim I am aware that he would not have wanted to become the topic of written reminiscences. In his seminal work on social contract theory, Leviathan, Thomas Hobbes described the anarchic pre-societal condition of the state of nature. In this predicament – aptly named as “the war of all against all” – people lived poor, short and brutish lives. The dystopian world simulated in the survival horror game DayZ mirrors this natural state of man. The game invites players to roleplay survivors of a zombie apocalypse. The present paper examines the factors contributing to pervasive violence, moral ambiguity and degeneration of human condition, which are prominent features of DayZ’s gameplay. Il testo esamina, con un intento di valutazione critica, la configurazione della dimensione politica negli approcci teorici di Descola, Latour e Viveiros de Castro, considerati i capifila del cosiddetto ontological turn nelle scienze umane degli ultimi vent’anni. Questa configurazione è analizzata da due punti di vista: il ruolo giocato dal politico e dai rapporti di potere nelle teorie del sociale proposte dai tre studiosi, e le implicazioni politiche che essi annettono alle loro teorie.
