The paper presents the etymology, the legal and economic significance, and the structure of the Romanian budgetary system. At the same time, the evolution of the main indicators from 2006-2018 is presented. It is presented, how the budget flows are generated and used, but also the results obtained in the budget years from the aforementioned period. Abstract The concept of supporting meetings at the same time and at the same place with computers raises the problem of how salient features of group behaviors are understood in meetings. In this paper we critically examine some aspects of meeting behaviors. We point out that the idea of small, cohesive business teams is not necessarily a valid starting point in thinking of all meeting support. This role has often been neglected in routine monitoring of water quality since the main focus has been addressed on macronutrients such phosphorus and nitrogen. To elucidate the potential regulation exerted by iron availability on phytoplankton, a limnological investigation was carried out in two neighboring eutrophic reservoirs in tropical China. We propose a framework for solving offline data-driven multiobjective optimization problems in an interactive manner. No new data becomes available when solving offline problems. We fit surrogate models to the data to enable optimization, which introduces uncertainty. The framework incorporates preference information from a decision maker in two aspects to direct the solution process. Firstly, the decision maker can guide the optimization by providing preferences for objectives. Purpose - The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of an entrepreneur's social capital on their access to information, and how such access improves the performance of their entrepreneurial project. Design/methodology/approach - A structural equations model (SEM) is estimated and validated from a database including information from 282 Argentinean entrepreneurs who answered a questionnaire specifically designed for this research. Incentive Properties of Residual Income when There is an Option to Wait

Performance measures based on residual income are increasingly popular. The academic literature shows that residual income has important incentive properties when management bases investment decisions on the net present value (NPV) rule. My analysis focuses on the case in which investment decisions can be postponed, when management must extend the simple NPV rule by considering an option value. My analysis shows that some important incentive properties of residual income still hold when there is an option to wait, but only when the residual income measure is correctly adjusted.
