It is inevitable that ethical questions arise in debt collection organizations and leadership, which is then good ground to identify whether debt collection is good or evil. Therefore we consider that a good standpoint for qualitatively explain the ethical dilemmas arising in our case study context. When modelling these collaborative processes, some inconsistencies can appear. In semantic modelling (conceptual graphs), these inconsistencies are verified using constraints. La qualità della ricerca didattica

Two epistemological presuppositions are made explicit: the source sciences of didactics are psychology and pedagogy; Didactics uses empirical research methods. Two issues are discussed: under what conditions can the results of scientific research in the didactic field be combined? With what degree of certainty do the results of didactic research guide the actions of teachers? Arguments are made for the development of didactic knowledge and for the improvement of the social perception of didactic research in Italy. Deontological considerations for Didactics researchers are commented. Self-critical vigilance is recommended to teaching researchers.

After analyzing some Italian recent trends on the ethics of legal professions, and comparing this debate with the discussion abroad, it is introduced the difference between deontology and ethics of legal professions, and pros and cons of the approach of virtue ethics are pondered. In the final part, the legal virtues are linked to the virtue of law, the rule of law, in order to show that the success of law as a practice depends also on virtues of legal practitioners.
