[ES] La muerte anunciada de muchos municipios del interior montañoso y rural de España pone de relieve la catástrofe que puede suponer en términos de pérdida poblacional, patrimonial, cultural, económica y medioambiental. La toma de conciencia de ese problema obliga a poner en marcha políticas que modifiquen esta deriva. Nuestro propósito en último término es diseñar una política de desarrollo integral para estos territorios. A este fin, el objeto concreto de este trabajo es realizar un diagnóstico territorial en relación a las estructuras de cooperación existentes en los territorios en riesgo de despoblación de la Comunidad Valenciana.

The lack of internet access in most rural areas has become a challenge worldwide. The Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted trends such as teleworking and e-commerce, meaning an opportunity for the local economy of these areas, but with serious difficulties in carrying it out. This paper, affecting an analysis comparative of the different regional typologies, it analyzes the concept of weakness, with reference to the phenomena of degrade and disarrangement of the grounds, inside the processes of identification of functional territorial articulations to the statistical analysis and the decisions of policy, showing as despite the existence of a fed together of interpretations none of the examined typologies both indeed able to furnish a representation suitable of the phenomenon, since the different procedures of regionalization introduce not suitable discriminatory methodologies.

Przeciwdziałanie depopulacji Opolszczyzny

W województwie opolskim od dawna obserwuje się niekorzystną sytuację demograficzną. Niskie wskaźniki dzietności oraz ujemne saldo migracji sprawiają, że Opolszczyzna harakteryzuje się jednym z najwyższych w kraju wskaźników depopulacji. Dostrzegając związane z tym zagrożenia samorządy województwa postanowiły wpłynąć na ich ograniczenie. Najwyższa Izba Kontroli zbadała1 działania podejmowane w Urzędzie Marszałkowskim Województwa Opolskiego, Urzędzie Miasta Opola oraz Urzędzie Miejskim w Nysie. Z ustaleń wynika, że możliwiły one poprawę warunków życia mieszkańców, jednak jak dotąd nie doprowadziły do odwrócenia negatywnych trendów demograficznych.
