Obywatelska inicjatywa ustawodawcza daje możliwość współdecydowania o najważniejszych kwestiach w państwie. W artykule przedstawiono pojęcie inicjatywy ludowej oraz jej podział ze względu na formę, zasięg terytorialny, przedmiot inicjatywy oraz stopień pośrednictwa. Opisano również procedurę obywatelskiej inicjatywy ustawodawczej w sprawie częściowej oraz całkowitej zmiany konstytucji w Szwajcarii. Wskazano praktykę stosowania tej formy demokracji bezpośredniej na każdym szczeblu administracji publicznej Konfederacji Szwajcarskiej.

The aim of the current study was to determine Finnish and Dutch three-year-old preschool children’s physical activity (PA) levels and how levels vary across gender, location, time of day and social contexts in both countries. A modified version of the Observational System for Recording Physical Activity in Children-Preschool (OSRAC-P) was used to measure children’s PA levels and contextual variables (e.g. group composition, prompts) of children attending childcare centres in Finland and the Netherlands. In this paper, we highlight and resolve the shortcomings of single-input single-output (SISO) millimeter wave (mm-Wave) radar systems for human activity recognition (HAR). A 2×2 distributed multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar framework is presented to capture human activity signatures under realistic conditions in indoor environments. We propose to distribute the two pairs of collocated transmitter–receiver antennas in order to illuminate the indoor environment from different perspectives. This paper investigates the basic motion verbs sara ‘go’ and juta ‘come’ in Aymara, an indigenous language of the Andes, within the framework of Talmy’s lexical typology (Talmy 2000). In a crosslinguistic perspective, ‘come’ and ‘go’ are assumed to be deictically complementary and have been represented as a kind of Path-conflating verbs, i.e. verbs that include the deictic component of Path in their lexical semantics, which is respectively the direction ‘toward the speaker’ vs that ‘not toward the speaker’. La configuración de los datos personales del consumidor como una contraprestación en los contratos de suministro de contenidos y servicios digitales por parte de la Directiva (UE) 2019/770 puede entrar en conflicto con lo dispuesto en la normativa de protección de datos de carácter personal. Y es que, el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 prevé, por un lado, que el consentimiento para el tratamiento de los datos ha de prestarse libremente, lo que excluiría su exigencia coactiva por parte del empresario en caso de incumplimiento del consumidor; y, por otro lado, que el consentimiento ha de poder revocarse libremente, lo que supondría un incumplimiento contractual por parte del consumidor.
