Background The internet-based categorical, hierarchical documentation system for routine pharmaceutical interventions (PIs) DokuPIK is widely used especially among German ward-based pharmacists. Purpose To conduct a survey-based study on its clinical usability. ZIEL: Übertragung des Befundungsbogens aus den Richtlinien zum Transplantationsgesetz (TPG) in ein standardkonformes Befundtemplate und Evaluation in der klinischen Routine. Das Template wurde mit der frei verfügbaren Software brackets.io erstellt. Die Implementierung des Templates in die klinische Routine erfolgte mithilfe einer in Eigenentwicklung programmierten Befundungsplattform. Nursing documentation of pressure ulcers in nursing homes: comparison of record content and patient examinations

Aim The aim of this study was to describe the accuracy and quality of nursing documentation of the prevalence, risk factors and prevention of pressure ulcers, and compare retrospective audits of nursing documentation with patient examinations conducted in nursing homes. Design This study used a cross-sectional descriptive design. Method A retrospective audit of 155 patients' records and patient examinations using the European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel form and the Braden scale, conducted in January and February 2013. In this paper a practical method is presented for creating documentation of cultural historical targets using an event-centric core ontology. Assessing violence in the family : social work, courts, and discourses

This article investigates social work, decision-making, and gendered violence in the family in Finland. Discourses on gendered violence in the family are compared in custody disputes, handled in district courts, and out-of-home placements, dealt with in administrative courts. Both data sets altogether include 237 cases. Proceedings in both courts share a legislative emphasis on the ‘child’s best interest’ principle, and both contexts also rely on documentation provided by social workers. The examination of the two studies is based on discourse analysis, through which we have identified hegemonic discourses that are active in both courts.
