Introduction Horizon 2020 was the most significant EU Research and Innovation programme ever implemented and included the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA). Proposals submitted to the MSCA actions awere subject to the Ethics Appraisal Procedure. In this work we explored the ethics appraisal procedure in MSCA H2020. Methods Using a retrospective analysis of pooled anonymized data, we explored the ethics appraisal procedure on proposals submitted to Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) during the entire Horizon 2020 program period (N = 79,670). This survey provides an overview with a broad coverage of the literature on methods for temporal disaggregation and benchmarking. Dozens of methods, procedures and algorithms have been proposed in the statistical and economic literature to solve the problem of transforming a low-frequency series into a high-frequency one. Il tarantismo in Sicilia

Il testo prende in esame il complesso di materiali editi e inediti (fonti storiche e archivistiche, documenti musicali, testimonianze etnografiche) che attestano la presenza del tarantismo in Sicilia dalla metà del Seicento alla fine dell’Ottocento. Il caso siciliano viene quindi inquadrato nell’ambito dell’ampia letteratura che ruota intorno al fenomeno, a partire dal classico studio di Ernesto De Martino fino al dibattito sull’interpretazione del fenomeno fra i poli dell’esorcismo e della possessione, dovuto soprattutto all’etnomusicologo francese Gilber Rouget. Settore L-ART/08 - EtnomusicologiaThe text examines published and unpublished materials – such as historical and ethnographic sources archive records and musical documents – which testify the presence of tarantism in Sicily from mid-17th century to the end of the 19th. The Sicilian case is then considered in a wider context of contributions on the theme starting from the ‘classic’ De Martino’work up to the debate on the interpretation of the phenomenon between the poles of exorcism and possession chiefly rased by French ethnomusicologist Gilbert Rouget. The analyses is therefore expanded to the tradition of snakes bites healers (the ciaràuli) which shares with tarantism the spider symbolism and to certain kinds of religious processions characterised by frantic ‘dances’ which suggest elements of functional continuity with tarantism musical-choreutic therapy.

L’odonimia nissena, come emerge da “Lo Stato della Città di Caltanissetta nel 1731 sotto l’arciprete Giovanni Agostino Riva”, presenta la suddivisione storica in quattro quartieri così come consegnataci ancora nel Novecento nell’omonima canzone di Rosa Balistreri: nel manoscritto si elencano il “Quartieri chiamato delli Zingari”, il “Quartiero di Santo Rocco”, il “Quartiero di San Francesco” e il “Quartiero di Santa Vennira”. Per ciascuno dei quartieri l’arciprete segna non soltanto il tessuto viario con le denominazioni dell’epoca, ma anche le anime dei battezzati e dei non battezzati, specificando nomi, cognomi, mestieri, età.
